Probably the brother of Mary "Mollie" Eleanor (Riggins) Bateman. This photograph was purchased with two other Riggins photographs,

HERE and HERE one of which would also have been her brother "John Lock" and the other his daughter. Mollie had seven brothers
so cannot determine which one is in the above photograph. There is the possibility also that all three men in the photograph are her brothers.
