Thomas was Edmund's widowed brother-in-law (married to Edmund's sister who was living in Edmund's household
with two of his children on the 1910 census, I believe 2nd man in photo may be him.

Have seen Thomas' middle initial as T., L., and F., obituary has as F. which I believe may be correct.
