The name at the bottom on the front is very lightly written as Lulu Costa
The name on the rear is Lulu Hicks

Concerning the FindAGrave.com source listed below, I believe this is Lulu even though the date of birth is
December 16, 1889. Remembering your birth date years ago wasn't as common or as important as we make
it today. It's more that possible that her daughter whom she was living with didn't know her birthdate and only
her approximate age when she died. As I can find no other Lulu Belle Costa previously in any census of
Kansas or Oklahoma and the fact that she is buried in Harper County, Kansas. Also, she is in the 1930
census living with her daughter Nina but missing in the 1940 census implies she died between the two censuses.
