After much research I am fairly certain that the person who wrote the name on the photograph misspelled the last name.
Without close inspection the surname looks like "Bick" or "Rich" but the "r" is written over top of the "B".
Also, unable to find second husband's full name but she is listed as "McDowell"  in 1905 and 1920 census.
Listed as "Widowed" in 1920 Census.
