NOTES

I find no record of him as a doctor anywhere. I do believe this is this Henry Lewis Cramer

as I have seen another photograph of him and they are identical. I surmise that the person
who wrote the information on the rear of the photograph was in error concerning the
information other than the name. Also I find no record of him ever being in Ft. Bliss.
