NOTES
The only census I find John H. Baldwin with a wife named as Belle is the 1905 state census
of Kansas with her birth date of abt 1869 in New Jersey. In the 1895 atate census of Kansus
she is listed as "Thedoria" which if you look at the actual cenus looks like "Thedosia" with a
birth date of abt 1875 in New Jersey. In 1900 Census it list her as "Fredonia M." but if you look
at the actual census it look like "Thedosia M." with a birth date of October 1874 and also born
in New Jersey. She is listed as "Belle" on her gravestone. I have listed her as "Thedosia Belle"
as I am convinced these are the same person. As for the middle initial "M" it is probable that
this was from her maiden name as it was very common for women of this time to use the first
letter of their maiden name as ther middle initial.
